After purchase, NinjaTrader's servers can take a few minutes to activate your license. Enter the email you used to buy — we'll tell you exactly where things stand.

Enter the NinjaTrader account email you provided at checkout.
Your purchase was confirmed — this is not an error on our side. NinjaTrader's servers are processing your license. This is completely normal.
- Close NinjaTrader completely
- Wait until the estimated time above, then reopen NT
- Your license will load automatically
If it still doesn't work after that time, use the support form to the right and we'll fix it manually.
- Log into NinjaTrader with your NT account email
- Import the ZIP (Tools → Import → NinjaScript Add-On) if not done yet
- Right-click any chart → Indicators → find your product → Add

- Enter the NinjaTrader account email you typed at checkout (not your payment email)
- Check your Lemon Squeezy receipt — the email in the receipt may differ from your NT email
- If you used a different email, try again with that one
