Press the PL button from your Chart Trader panel. Profit Lock immediately places:
- PL_SL — stop at Bid − N ticks (your configured offset below current market)
- PL_TP — target at Ask + 1 tick (market price, instant fill)
- Both orders as an OCO pair — when one fills, the other cancels automatically
- 300ms later: cancels your existing ATM stop so there's no duplicate

Enable the Auto checkbox. Profit Lock watches your unrealized P&L in real-time via NinjaTrader's native OnMarketData():
- When unrealized profit reaches your configured threshold (in ticks) → PL fires automatically

- Fires once per trade — resets automatically when orders fill or are cancelled

Frequently asked questions
Profit Lock places a stop (PL_SL) and a target (PL_TP) as an OCO pair in one click. The stop is set at Bid − N ticks below current market price; the target is set at Ask + 1 tick (effectively market price, for an immediate fill if you want). When one fills, the other cancels automatically via NinjaTrader's native OCO logic.
Manual Lock activates when you click the PL button — you decide when to lock. Auto-Lock activates automatically when your unrealized P&L reaches the configured tick threshold. Both modes place the same OCO bracket. Auto-Lock fires in under 1ms via tick-by-tick monitoring.
When you click PL, the new OCO orders (PL_SL + PL_TP) are placed first. 300ms later, Profit Lock cancels your existing ATM stop. This sequence ensures your position is always protected — there's never a gap where you have no stop in the market. Zero exposure window.
Yes — both indicators coordinate. BET manages break-even and trailing stops. PL manages the profit lock OCO. When PL fires, it detects and works around BET's active stops. Use BET for the early part of your trade and PL to lock gains once you're in profit. They're designed as a system.
